Medusa

I saw this post by Lord Griselda earlier in the year and immediately knew I had to try and recreate it in 3D! Whenever I’m looking for things to model, I always find an artist that has a great understanding of 3D space in their drawings and this one is a great example. Everything is almost exactly as proportionate as it seems, I didn’t have to do any camera trickery to make things fit.

This is definitely the most complicated piece I’ve made so far. There are so many details and it was a great test of my abilities!
